- Works with the existing landscape to fully resolve erosion and provides improved universal access to familiar open views and fishing activities
- Safer passage with double width walkway at fishing zone with room for benches.
- ADA safety curb/cap to top of existing wall
- Use of traditional New England Dry Stone sitting wall
- No need for deep concrete footings
- Dry stone embankment bends around trees and blends into landscape at either end
- NO pies drilled into stone, NO complex reinforced concrete and NO steel structures are needed
- Avoid weeks of major upset to the environment along the lake front and the surrounding neighborhood
- Minimal environmental impact, quieter and faster, allowing all the inhabitants return to enjoy the fully restored park earlier
